Xiomi Mi3 Shows Up Officially With High End Specs
Xiaomi has just introduced the Mi3, its new flagship for the second half of the year. Like many high-end devices from China, the Mi3 packs some impressive hardware specs at only half the price offered by bigger global brands, like Apple, LG and Samsung. Inside the slim 8.1mm chassis, lurk the Nvidia Tegra 4 quad-core processor and 2GB of RAM.
The chipset is known for its solid graphics capability and what’s most interesting though, is the relatively low pricing. It will be available off contract for only $327 or 1999 Yuan with 16GB of onboard storage. The top model with 64GB of storage will be priced noticeably steeper at $410.
Xiaomi will release a different Mi3 variant for China Telecom with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, clocked at 2.3GHz. There’s also a Sony’s 13Mp camera on the back paired with a dual-LED flash, capable of capturing 10 photos each second. The whopping 3050mAh battery should last us the entire day.
